Williams suffers from constant incidents. Williams` manager James Vowles commented on the team`s numerous accidents.
At the Mexico City Grand Prix, Alex Albon crashed into Ferrari`s Oliver Berman in Friday practice, and into RB driver Yuki Tsunoda in the race. At the São Paulo Grand Prix, Albon and Franco Colapinto completed qualifying in the hurdles; Colapinto was again beaten by the car in the race.
In Brazil, perhaps the harshest weekend that I can remember in my entire career happened. In seven days, a little more, we have five major accidents. Only in Brazil for qualifying and the race - three. This is practically an amount that no one can handle on the grill, it is a painful result.
I have high hopes for Vegas. We were fast there last year and I`m sure we have a car that performs well in these conditions. So we will do absolutely everything possible to prepare the two cars to the best possible specification, taking into account the spare parts available, ” Vowles said.
