Former Barcelona presidential candidate Victor Font spoke about Lionel Messi.

Barcelona did not match the historical scale of Messi.

I hope we will have the opportunity to conduct a thorough analysis. And let the lessons learned help us understand that emotion, perseverance and determination are not enough to cope with complex challenges and meet new opportunities that appear in the world of football and sports. In this case, the most important thing was missing - planning and talent.

Leo Messi loves Barça the most. And Barça has always been and will always be his home. All Barcelona fans must do their best to restore the bond that the minority will never break. Leo Messi deserves it, Barça deserves it and we cules deserve it, ” Font wrote in a column for La Vanguardia.
